Our Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller will fully comply with all contract requirements and are designed and constructed to be fit for their intended purpose. They must meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances, and will be tested in accordance with the contract and its attachments to demonstrate capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet contract provisions, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods free of charge, within the agreed time frame. If remediation is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller will implement a robust quality assurance system in line with the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Products will conform to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from shipment date or 12 months from installation. During this period, if any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace parts at no cost. Should pump malfunctions occur due to buyer's usage, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. Replacement parts are guaranteed for one year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
