The HCZ Series Standardized Chemical Pump is a high-performance, horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump. Engineered to perfection, its dimensions and capabilities adhere strictly to DIN24256/ISO2858 standards, ensuring supreme reliability and efficiency.
The HCZ Series Standardized Chemical Pumps boast an impressive performance range that fully encompasses all functionalities of the IH Series. Notably, the HCZ series surpasses the IH series in terms of efficiency, cavitation resistance, and various other critical performance metrics.
Designed with versatility in mind, the HCZ Series can be seamlessly interchanged with the IH Type Pump, offering unparalleled flexibility for a wide range of industrial applications.

Application range and product feature
The pressure on the shaft seal is ingeniously balanced by balance holes on secondary blades or impellers. It can be sealed with soft packing, with or without cooling options.
Multiple configurations available for single and double end mechanical seals, including balanced types, to accommodate diverse sealing needs.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and efficient operation. Some pump body specifications feature double screw shells to balance radial forces effectively.
The bearing frame, incorporating the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a cohesive unit that facilitates maintenance without pipeline removal (if using an extended coupling).
When using the shaft, the motor does not need to be detached. Flange design supports PN16 and PN25, and can also be adapted to ANSI125 standards.
Handles pressure ratings of up to 150 pounds per square inch, making it suitable for various industrial applications.

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller will fully meet the contract requirements, ensuring suitability in design and construction for the intended use. They will surpass all performance values and tolerances, undergoing stringent contract-specified testing to prove their capability and compliance with technical specifications.
Should any product fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller will remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods free of charge, ensuring timely completion within mutually agreed timelines. If unresolved, the buyer can reject the goods, and the seller must replace them with suitable alternatives, respecting the original delivery schedule.
An effective quality assurance system, aligning with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards, will be implemented throughout the organizational process. All products will also adhere to HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment date or 12 months from operational start. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will result in free part replacements by the supplier. For buyer-caused malfunctions, the supplier pledges prompt assistance. Replaced parts will have a one-year warranty.
