Our Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must thoroughly comply with the contractual requirements and be suitable for the intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The goods should be tested according to the contract provisions and attachments to verify their capabilities and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
If any goods or parts fail to comply with the contract, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no extra cost. All corrections must be completed within the agreed timeframe. If the defect cannot be corrected, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives to meet contract requirements, within the original delivery period.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 edition. The products must also conform to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation, whichever is longer. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements. If any pump malfunctions due to the buyer’s usage, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year from the replacement date.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
