The HYF (FYS) submersible pump elegantly combines a pump body, pump cover, precision-engineered impeller, sturdy shaft, elastic coupling, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, and an efficient outlet.
Crafted with meticulous precision, it includes components such as pipes, bearing frames, durable base plates, and robust motor frames.
Ingeniously designed, the suction port of the pump is aligned with the axis direction, while the outlet runs parallel to the axis, ensuring optimal performance.
When observed from the suction port towards the motor, the pump exhibits a smooth and reliable clockwise rotation.
The vertical motor of this pump, securely bolted to the motor seat, seamlessly transmits power through an elastic coupling, integrated pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and resilient pump frame.
The outlet pipe, pipe flange, and bolted connection form a cohesive unit firmly anchored on the bottom plate. The entire pump assembly is meticulously installed in the container via the bottom plate, with the HYF type pump designed to exit smoothly.
Beyond the liquid contact parts, major components such as the motor base and pump frame are crafted from high-quality cast iron, while the bottom plate is made of durable polypropylene.
The axial and radial forces, including water pressure during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor, are expertly managed by a one-way bearing box, ensuring consistent performance.
Precision thrust ball bearings, single row radial ball bearings, and a sliding guide shaft work in harmony to ensure the pump operates safely and efficiently. The bearings are butter-lubricated, while the guide bearing ensures smooth operation.
Lubricated by the liquid being transported, it's crucial that the liquid level stays above the impeller's centerline during operation to ensure optimal performance.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must strictly comply with all contractual requirements, ensuring they are designed and constructed to meet or exceed the intended use. Comprehensive testing in accordance with the contract and its attachments will demonstrate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any portion of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to correct the defect, perform inspections, and retest the goods free of charge and without any financial limitations. This must be done within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the issues cannot be resolved, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. The warranty period for the 4 pumps extends to 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.
