Application range and product features
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be sealed with either cooled or non-cooled soft packing.
Alternatively, various structures of single and double-end mechanical seals can be employed, including balanced types for enhanced sealing performance.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation. Some pump body specifications include double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, incorporating the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a cohesive component allowing for easy maintenance of the pump body without pipeline removal (when using an extended coupling).
With the shaft in use, the motor does not require removal. Designed with flange options using PN16 and PN25, adaptable to different material needs. Additionally, compatible with ANSI125 standards.

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must ensure full compliance with contract requirements, guaranteeing suitability for the intended design and construction use. They must meet or exceed all performance criteria and tolerances. Each product must undergo rigorous testing as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to demonstrate capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance standards.
Should any product or part fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect and/or retest the products for the buyer at no additional cost, within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation fails, the buyer retains the right to reject the products, necessitating the seller to replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements. Replacement must be completed within the originally agreed delivery period.
The seller must maintain a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to ISO9000 series standards (2000 edition). The products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation, whichever is sooner. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be resolved with free part replacements. In the event of buyer-induced malfunctions, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one additional year.
