Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract requirements and be suitable for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances and undergo testing as stipulated in the contract to ensure conformity with technical specifications and performance data.
If any goods or parts thereof fail to comply with the contract, the seller must remedy the defects, inspect and retest the goods free of charge and without financial restrictions, completing the work within the agreed-upon timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system in line with ISO 9000 series 2000 editions. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA 18001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever is longer. During this period, the supplier will replace any faulty parts due to manufacturing quality issues free of charge. Additionally, if any pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.
