Service Policy
The goods provided by Jiangsu Jinglun Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. must fully comply with contract specifications and be suitable for their intended design and construction use. They must meet or surpass all specified performance values and tolerances. All goods will undergo thorough testing as per the contract and its attachments to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance criteria.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract provisions, the seller will address the defect and conduct a thorough inspection and retesting free of charge. This must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If correction is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such a case, the seller must replace the non-compliant goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, all within the originally specified delivery period.
The seller will maintain an effective quality assurance system, aligned with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must also adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever comes first. Any manufacturing quality issues during this period will be rectified with free part replacements. Should any pump issues arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
