The HCZ series boasts an impressive performance range that encompasses all capabilities of the IH series standardized chemical pumps. Notably, its efficiency, cavitation performance, and overall operational metrics surpass those of its predecessors.

Application range and product feature
The pressure acting on the shaft seal is meticulously balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be equipped with soft packing (available with or without cooling options).
Additionally, various structures of single and double end mechanical seals can be implemented, including balanced types, offering versatile sealing solutions.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth, reliable operation. Certain pump body specifications feature double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, packing box, etc., is designed as a composite component, allowing the pump body to be maintained without removal from the pipeline (when using an extended coupling).
Utilizing the shaft eliminates the need to remove the motor. Featuring a flange design, it supports PN16 and PN25, depending on material differences, and is also compatible with ANSI125 standards.
Supports pressure ratings of either 125 pounds per square inch or 150 pounds per square inch, ensuring adaptability to various operational needs.

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully meet the contract specifications and be suitable for their intended purpose in design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. All products must be rigorously tested according to contract provisions and attachments to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any goods or components fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods free of charge within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. Should the defect be irremediable, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the defective goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery time.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever is longer. If any manufacturing quality issues arise during this period, the supplier shall replace the affected parts at no charge. Additionally, should any pump malfunctions occur due to buyer's reasons, the supplier will offer timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.
