Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with the contract's requirements, ensuring they are perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They will meet or exceed all stipulated performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as outlined in the contract and its attachments, will demonstrate their capabilities and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
If any goods or components fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be done within mutually agreed timelines. Should the defects remain uncorrected, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract specifications, all within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must uphold an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products provided must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the Compact Centrifugal Chemical Vortex Pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. If any manufacturing defects arise during this period, the supplier will replace parts free of charge. Should any malfunctions occur due to the buyer's reasons, the supplier will provide timely assistance. Additionally, the warranty for replaced parts extends for one year from the replacement date.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
