Application Range and Product Features
The pressure acting on the shaft seal is ingeniously balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be effectively sealed with soft packing, with or without cooling.
Additionally, a variety of single and double end mechanical seal structures can be employed, including balanced types for enhanced performance.
Our durable ball bearings feature ample shaft diameter, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. Select pump body specifications include double screw shells to balance radial forces effectively.
The robust bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite unit that allows for easy maintenance of the pump body without pipeline removal when using an extended coupling.
With the innovative shaft design, motor removal is unnecessary. Our flange design supports PN16 and PN25 standards, based on material differences, and is also compatible with ANSI125.

Comprehensive Service Policy
The products provided by the seller will fully conform to contractual requirements and be perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They will meet or exceed all performance benchmarks and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as per the contract and its attachments, will ensure the goods' efficacy and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contractual provisions, the seller is obliged to remedy the defect and/or re-test the goods at no additional financial burden to the buyer. This process must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that fulfill the contract's requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
