The products supplied by Jiangsu Jinglun Pump must fully comply with contract requirements and be suitable for their intended design and function. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances, and undergo rigorous testing as stipulated by the contract and its appendices to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the products at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring completion within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the defects cannot be rectified, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring delivery within the original contracted timeline.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system aligned with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards throughout the organizational process. All products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for our four pumps is 18 months from the shipping date or 12 months post-operation. If any manufacturing defects arise during this period, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. Should any pump issues occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is one year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
