Application range and product feature
The pressure exerted on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by strategically placed balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be effectively sealed with soft packing options, with or without cooling features.
Additionally, a wide array of single and double end mechanical seals can be employed, including balanced types, to accommodate various operational needs.
Ball bearings are crafted for durability, featuring ample shaft diameter to guarantee smooth, uninterrupted operation. Select pump bodies are meticulously designed with double screw shells to adeptly balance radial forces.
The bearing frame—comprising the shaft, impeller, packing box, and more—forms a composite component that simplifies maintenance of the pump body, eliminating the need for pipeline removal when using an extended coupling.
When employing the shaft, there's no need to detach the motor. The flange design is versatile, accommodating PN16 and PN25 standards based on material differences, and is also applicable to ANSI125.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
