Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully adhere to contract requirements, ensuring suitability in design and construction for their intended use. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing as per the contract and its attachments to confirm compliance with all technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If rectification is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. The seller must then replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives, ensuring all replacements are completed within the original contract delivery date.
The seller must maintain a robust quality assurance system equivalent to the requirements of the IS09000 series 2000 edition. All products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operational use. Should any manufacturing defects arise during this period, the supplier will provide replacement parts free of charge. If malfunctions occur due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will still offer prompt assistance. The warranty for all replaced parts extends for one additional year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
