Service Policy
The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet all contract requirements and are meticulously designed and constructed for the intended use. They must meet or surpass all specified performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as stipulated in the contract and its attachments, will be conducted to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the products or any components fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obliged to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no extra cost. This process must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is unsuccessful, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. Consequently, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that fulfill contract requirements, within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 standards. Additionally, the products must comply with the HSE management system standard, namely OSHA180001/HSE.
The pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or a 12-month operational warranty. Within this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified free of charge. For pump malfunctions due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier offers prompt assistance. The warranty for any replaced parts extends to one year.
