Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully meet the contract's requirements and be suitable for their intended design and construction use. They must achieve or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances, and undergo thorough testing as per the contract to ensure compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller must remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the defect cannot be resolved, the buyer is entitled to reject the goods. The seller must then replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet contractual requirements, all within the original contract delivery date.
The seller must uphold an effective quality assurance system in line with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must also comply with the stringent HSE management system standard, 0SHA180001/HSE.
Our warranty covers the 4 pumps for 18 months from shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. Should any manufacturing defects arise within this period, we will replace the parts free of charge. If malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, we will still provide timely assistance. Replacement parts come with a one-year warranty to ensure your continued satisfaction.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
