Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the goods will fully comply with contract stipulations, be impeccably designed and constructed for their intended use, and surpass all performance metrics. Thorough testing in accordance with the contract and its attachments ensures complete alignment with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify and retest them at no extra cost, within the mutually agreed timeline. If rectification isn't possible, the buyer may reject the goods. The seller must then replace them with products that meet contract standards, ensuring completion within the originally specified delivery period.
The seller must uphold a robust quality assurance system equivalent to IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. All products must comply with HSE management standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for our pumps extends 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. Should any manufacturing defects arise, replacement parts will be provided at no cost. Even if issues result from buyer's actions, swift support will be provided. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
