Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet the contract's requirements and are designed for optimal intended use; they must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. All goods will undergo rigorous testing as per the contract and its attachments to ensure compliance with the specified technical standards and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract's provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer. This must be done within the agreed time frame. If the issue cannot be resolved, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract's requirements, within the originally agreed delivery time.
The seller must adhere to a robust quality assurance system equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition throughout the organizational process. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standard 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operational commencement. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free parts replacement. If any pump malfunctions due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. Additionally, the warranty period for replaced parts extends for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
