Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract requirements and be suitable for the intended use in both design and construction; They must meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing as per contract provisions will be conducted to ensure adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
If any part of the goods fails to comply with the contract, the seller must remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer free of charge, without financial encumbrance. This must be completed within the agreed timeframe. If the defect cannot be rectified, the buyer has the right to reject the goods, whereby the seller must replace them with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements. All replacement work must adhere to the originally agreed contract delivery timeline.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system compliant with the IS09000 series 2000 edition. The products must also meet the standards of the HSE management system, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. If manufacturing defects arise during this period, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. For malfunctions due to buyer errors, the supplier will provide timely assistance. Any replaced parts will carry a one-year warranty.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
