The HYF (FYS) Submersible Pump is a technological marvel, intricately engineered with a pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, elastic coupling, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, and outlet.
Expertly crafted from high-quality materials, it features key components like pipes, bearing frames, base plates, and motor frames.
Designed with precision, the pump's suction port aligns perfectly with the axis direction, while the outlet runs parallel to the axis for optimal performance.
When observed from the suction port towards the motor section, the pump exhibits a smooth, clockwise rotation.
The vertical motor, securely fastened to the motor seat with robust bolts, transmits power directly to the pump through an elastic coupling, pump body, intermediate connection pipe, pump frame, and more.
The outlet pipe, seamlessly integrated with the pipe flange through bolted connections, is firmly mounted on the bottom plate. This design ensures the entire pump setup is securely installed within the container, exemplifying the sturdy HYF type pump.
Non-liquid-contacting components, such as the motor base and pump frame, are constructed from durable cast iron, while the bottom plate boasts the resilience of polypropylene.
The pump's axial and radial forces, including the water pressure generated during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor, are efficiently managed by a one-way bearing box installed within.
Thrust ball bearings, single-row radial ball bearings, and the sliding guide shaft combine to ensure the pump operates safely and efficiently. Bearings are lubricated with butter, while the guide bearing provides additional stability.
Critical to the operation, the liquid being transported lubricates the guide bearing. Hence, it's essential that the liquid level remains above the centerline of the impeller during use.

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully conform to the contract requirements, ensuring suitability for intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as per contract provisions and attachments, will validate their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with contractual provisions, the seller is obliged to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no extra charge, completing the work within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation fails, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace or provide suitable goods that meet contract requirements, adhering to the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must enforce a robust quality assurance system in line with the IS09000 series 2000 edition. The supplied products must also meet the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation, whichever comes first. During this time, any manufacturing quality issues will be rectified with free part replacements. In case of malfunctions due to buyer's actions, the supplier commits to providing prompt assistance. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.
