Ingeniously designed, the performance parameters of the centrifugal pump are an expert combination of features based on the versatile general vertical pump. These are meticulously adjusted to cater to diverse operating temperatures, varying media, and numerous other conditions.
Building upon the robust ISG type, we have innovatively developed chemical and oil pumps that are perfectly suited for handling hot water, high temperatures, and environments requiring corrosion resistance. 1. The pump design features a vertical structure where the inlet and outlet diameters are identical and aligned on the same centerline. This allows for seamless installation within the pipeline, much like a valve, presenting a compact and efficient appearance.
Boasting a beautiful design and a minimal footprint, this pump reduces construction costs and is ideal for outdoor use when equipped with protective covers.
2. The impeller is ingeniously mounted directly onto the extended motor shaft, ensuring a short axial dimension and a compact construction. The pump and motor bearings are strategically configured to maintain balanced performance.

3. The shaft seal system incorporates either a mechanical seal or a sophisticated combination of mechanical seals, featuring imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and durable hard alloy seals.

Crafted from wear-resistant materials, these seals significantly prolong the service life of the mechanical seals, ensuring long-lasting reliability.
4. Simplified installation and maintenance: The design eliminates the need to dismantle the piping system; simply remove the pump coupling nut to access and extract all rotor components.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
