Service Policy
The products we provide are meticulously designed and constructed to meet all contractual requirements and intended uses. They guarantee superior performance and meet or exceed all specified values and tolerances. Every product undergoes rigorous testing as outlined in the contract and its attachments to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any product fail to comply with the contractual provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the product at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be accomplished within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If the issue cannot be resolved, the buyer reserves the right to reject the product. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected product with one that meets the contract requirements, within the originally stipulated delivery time.
The seller is committed to maintaining an effective quality assurance system equivalent to the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. Our products also comply with the stringent HSE management system standards, namely OSHA180001/HSE.
Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever occurs first. During this period, we will replace any parts with manufacturing defects free of charge. Should any pump malfunction due to buyer-related reasons, we also offer prompt assistance. Replacement parts are additionally guaranteed for one year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
