The pressure on the shaft seal is meticulously balanced by secondary blade or impeller balance holes. The shaft seal can utilize soft packing, which offers cooling flexibility.
Various single and double end mechanical seal structures are also applicable, including balanced types, providing versatility in sealing options.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure seamless operation. Selected pump body specifications feature double screw shells to counteract radial forces effectively.
The composite bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, allows pump body maintenance without pipeline removal, especially with an extended coupling.
The motor remains in place when using the shaft. Flange design is versatile, supporting PN16, PN25, and ANSI125 standards for adaptability to different material properties.

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully comply with contract specifications, ensuring suitability for intended use in design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance standards and tolerances, undergoing rigorous testing as per contract provisions to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any goods or components fail to meet contract terms, the seller must address and rectify the defects, performing inspections and retests at no additional cost to the buyer, within the mutually agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable goods that meet contractual requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system in alignment with ISO9000 series 2000 standards. Products provided must adhere to HSE management systems standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. Within this period, the supplier will replace parts free of charge for any manufacturing quality issues. For malfunctions due to buyer's reasons, timely assistance will be provided. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
