Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully adhere to the contract's specifications, ensuring they are perfectly suited for the intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all performance benchmarks and tolerances. Compliance and capability will be demonstrated through tests as outlined in the contract and its attachments.
Should the goods fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, reinspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, within an agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer may reject the goods. The seller must then replace the rejected items with those that meet contract requirements, ensuring completion within the agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain a stringent quality assurance system that aligns with the standards set out in the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. Products must conform to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months from operational start. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts free of charge if manufacturing defects arise. For malfunctions due to buyer actions, the supplier will promptly assist. Replaced parts carry a one-year warranty.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
