Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is effectively balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. Shaft sealing options include soft packing (with or without cooling).
Additionally, various structures of single and double end mechanical seals can be employed, including balanced types for enhanced sealing.
Durable ball bearings paired with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Some pump body specifications feature double screw shells to counter radial forces effectively.
The bearing frame, including the shaft, impeller, packing box, etc., forms a composite unit that enables maintenance of the pump body without removing it from the pipeline (if an extended coupling is used).
Utilizing the shaft, the motor does not need to be removed. The flange design adheres to PN16 and PN25 standards, depending on material variations, and is also compatible with ANSI125.

The goods supplied by the seller must fully comply with contract requirements and be suitable for their intended design and construction use. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. The goods must undergo testing as per contract provisions and attachments to demonstrate their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any goods or parts do not comply with the contract provisions, the seller must address and rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no extra cost. This must be done within the agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be corrected, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements. All replacement work must adhere to the original contract delivery date timeline.
The seller must implement a robust quality assurance system equivalent to the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. The products provided must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed by the supplier with free parts replacement. In the event of pump malfunctions due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will still provide timely assistance. The warranty on replaced parts extends for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
