Balanced pressure on the shaft seal achieved through balance holes on secondary blades or impellers. Soft packing sealing (with or without cooling) available.

Dedicated Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller must fully meet the contract's specifications, ensuring they are designed and constructed for their intended use. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. Thorough testing in accordance with the contract and its appendices is required to confirm their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract terms, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, completing the work within the agreed timeframe. If corrections are not feasible, the buyer may reject the goods. The seller must then replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring completion within the originally stipulated delivery time.
The seller is required to maintain an effective quality assurance system comparable to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products provided must adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this timeframe, in the event of any manufacturing defects, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. If pump issues arise due to buyer mishandling, the supplier will promptly assist in resolving them. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.
