The products we supply are guaranteed to meet or exceed contract requirements and are designed and built for their intended use. They must surpass all performance metrics and tolerances, undergoing strict testing as per contract specifications to ensure compliance with technical standards.
Should any product fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest without financial burden to the buyer. The remedy must occur within the agreed timeline.
