Application range and product feature
The pressure acting on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be sealed with soft packing, which can be either cooled or non-cooled.
However, various configurations of single and double end mechanical seals can also be utilized, including balanced types, to suit different application requirements.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Select pump body specifications feature double screw shells to balance radial forces efficiently.
The bearing frame, incorporating the shaft, impeller, and packing box, creates a composite component that allows pump maintenance without pipeline removal, provided an extended coupling is used.
When using the shaft, the motor does not need to be removed. Features a flange design that accommodates PN16 and PN25 pressures, depending on material differences. Additionally, compatible with ANSI125 standards.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must ensure that they fully comply with the requirements of the contract and are suitable for the intended use in design and construction; Must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances; The goods must be tested in accordance with the provisions of the contract and its attachments to demonstrate their ability and compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
If the goods or any part thereof cannot comply with the provisions of the contract, the seller must remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer free of charge, without any financial restrictions, and must complete the work within the time agreed upon by both parties. If the goods cannot be remedied or corrected, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In this case, the seller must replace the rejected goods or replace them with suitable goods to meet the requirements of the contract. The replacement work must be completed within the delivery time that cannot exceed the originally agreed contract delivery date.

The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation. During this period, if any manufacturing quality issues occur, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. If any pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's reasons, the supplier will also provide timely assistance in handling them. The supplier guarantees that the warranty period for the replaced parts is one year.
