Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet contract specifications and intended design and construction purposes; to match or exceed all performance values and tolerances; and to be tested in accordance with contract provisions and attachments to confirm their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or parts fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods free of charge. This must be done within the timeline agreed upon by both parties. If the issue cannot be resolved, the buyer is entitled to reject the goods, and the seller must replace them with suitable items that fulfill contract requirements, all within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this time, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing quality issues free of charge. Should any pump malfunctions arise due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. Additionally, the warranty period for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
