The HYF (FYS) corrosion-resistant submersible pump is a versatile solution, ideal for diverse industries including chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, minting, dyeing, metallurgy, environmental protection, and pesticides.
It efficiently handles a wide range of chemical media, though it is not suitable for a few specific substances such as molten metal lithium, sodium, potassium, and chlorine trifluoride.

With the inclusion of a pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, and outlet, it offers superior performance and reliability.

Ingeniously designed, the pump's suction port aligns with the axis direction, while the outlet runs parallel, maximizing efficiency and flow.

The vertical motor is securely anchored to the motor seat with precision bolts, transmitting power effortlessly to the pump via an elastic coupling, interconnected through the pump body, intermediate connection pipe, pump frame, ensuring smooth energy transfer.
Ingeniously engineered, the outlet pipe, pipe flange, and bolted connection integrate seamlessly, forming a cohesive unit securely affixed to the bottom plate. The pump's non-liquid contact components, including the motor base and pump frame, are crafted from durable cast iron, while the bottom plate is constructed from resilient polypropylene.
The pump is designed to precisely handle axial and radial forces with exceptional engineering. This includes managing the water pressure generated during operation, and the weight of the impeller and rotor. All forces are expertly managed by the one-way bearing box integrated inside.
Advanced thrust ball bearings, along with single row radial ball bearings, work in concert with the sliding guide shaft to promote safe and efficient pump operation. Bearings utilize butter for lubrication, while the guide bearing is supported.
The liquid being transported plays a crucial role in lubricating the system. Hence, it is vital to maintain the liquid level above the impeller’s centerline during operation to ensure seamless performance.
The HYF corrosion-resistant liquid centrifugal series is intelligently segmented into an intermediate guide bearing structure and a non-immersed bearing structure. This division is based on the varying lengths of 'L' that extend into the container.

Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the products provided will fully meet contractual requirements and are ideally suited for their intended design and construction use. They must meet or surpass all performance benchmarks and tolerances. In accordance with the contract and its attachments, the goods will be rigorously tested to demonstrate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any product fail to comply with contractual terms, the seller is obligated to rectify the issue and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. This must be performed without financial constraints and completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer may reject the goods, prompting the seller to replace them or provide suitable alternatives that fulfill the contract's requirements. This replacement must occur within the originally agreed delivery period.
The seller commits to applying a robust quality assurance system consistent with the IS09000 series 2000 edition within the organizational process. The products provided will adhere to HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty for each of the 4 pumps spans 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this timeframe, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacement by the supplier. In cases where malfunctions arise due to buyer actions, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is also assured for one year.
