The products supplied by the seller must fully adhere to the contract's specifications, ensuring suitability for the intended design and construction purposes. All performance metrics and tolerances must be met or exceeded. Furthermore, the products must undergo rigorous testing as outlined in the contract and its annexes to confirm their capability and compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or parts fail to meet contract requirements, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, completing the work within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the issues cannot be resolved, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with goods that meet contract specifications, ensuring replacement within the originally stipulated delivery time frame.
The seller must uphold an efficient quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, in compliance with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. Furthermore, the provided products must meet HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. Within this period, any issues arising from manufacturing defects will be addressed by the supplier at no cost. Additionally, the supplier will assist with any malfunctions caused by the buyer promptly. Replaced parts carry a one-year warranty from the replacement date.
