Our Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller shall fully comply with the contract requirements, ensuring suitability for the intended use in design and construction; they must meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances. The goods will be tested according to contract provisions and attachments to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any product or part does not meet the contract specifications, the seller is obligated to correct the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost, ensuring prompt completion within the agreed timeline. Should the product remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject it. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected product or provide a suitable alternative to meet the contractual requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller must implement a robust quality assurance system during the organizational process, in line with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must also adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months from initial operation. During this time, if any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. If any pump issues occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
