This pump offers an exceptional service life, capable of replacing any existing type of corrosion-resistant submersible pump. The HYF (FYS) submersible pump stands out with its elegant design, lightweight structure, and seamless operation.
Engineered for stability, it operates with minimal vibration and noise, ensuring a tranquil working environment. The pump is easy to disassemble and assemble, with its body submerged in liquid, eliminating shaft seal leakage, bottom valve issues, and the need for liquid injection.

The HYF (FYS) Corrosion-Resistant Submersible Pump is versatile, suitable for transportation across a vast array of industries, including chemical, medical, coinage, dyeing, metallurgy, environmental protection, pesticides, and more.
It efficiently handles chemical media, with a few exceptions such as molten metal lithium, sodium, potassium, chlorine trifluoride, among others.

The HYF (FYS) Submersible Pump is a marvel of engineering, crafted from premium components including a robust pump body, a durable pump cover, an efficient impeller, a sturdy shaft, an elastic coupling, a pipe flange, guide bearings, an intermediate connecting pipe, and a strategically designed outlet.
This pump includes diverse components such as resilient pipes, high-performance bearing frames, solid base plates, and motor frames for unmatched durability.
Designed with precision, the pump’s suction port aligns with the axis direction, while the outlet runs parallel to the axis, ensuring optimal water flow.
The pump exhibits a consistent clockwise rotation when observed from the suction port towards the motor, guaranteeing reliable operation.
Engineered for stability, the vertical motor is securely fastened to the motor seat with bolts and seamlessly transmits power to the pump through an elastic coupling, an intermediate connection pipe, and the pump frame.
The entire outlet pipe assembly, including the pipe flange and bolted connections, is integrated into a single unit and firmly fixed onto the bottom plate, ensuring the whole pump assembly is securely installed within the container via the bottom plate.
The HYF pump features major components outside the liquid contact areas, such as the motor base and pump frame, made from high-quality cast iron, while the bottom plate is crafted from resilient polypropylene.
The pump's axial and radial forces, including the water pressure during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor, are expertly managed by the robust one-way bearing box installed inside.
Equipped with premium thrust ball bearings, single row radial ball bearings, and a sliding guide shaft, this pump ensures safe and efficient operation. The bearings are lubricated with butter, while the guide bearings are lubricated by the conveyed liquid.
For optimal performance, ensure the liquid level remains above the impeller's centerline during operation to maintain lubrication and efficiency.
The HYF corrosion-resistant liquid centrifugal series offers flexibility with its intermediate guide bearing structure and non-immersed bearing structure, tailored to the varying lengths extending into the container.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract's requirements and be suitable for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. The goods will undergo testing per the contract and its attachments to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any part of the goods fails to meet the contract's provisions, the seller must rectify the defect and conduct a reinspection and retesting for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be done within the agreed-upon timeframe. Should the goods be irremediable, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. The seller must then replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet the contract's requirements, ensuring completion within the original contract's delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system comparable to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products supplied must align with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after commissioning. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will result in free replacement parts from the supplier. If pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The supplier guarantees a one-year warranty for replaced parts.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
