Service Policy
Our commitment: The products provided by the seller will strictly adhere to the contract requirements and be perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They will either meet or exceed all performance standards and tolerances. All products will undergo rigorous testing as specified in the contract and its appendices to confirm their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
In the event that any products or parts fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller will rectify the defects and/or conduct inspections and retests free of charge, ensuring no financial burden on the buyer. This will be completed within the mutually agreed-upon timeframe. Should the products remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. The seller must then replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, completing the replacement within the original delivery schedule.
The seller is obligated to maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, aligning with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, all products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from the start of operation, whichever comes first. During this time, the supplier guarantees to replace any parts free of charge if manufacturing quality issues arise. For any pump malfunctions caused by the buyer, the supplier will also provide prompt assistance. Furthermore, the warranty for replaced parts extends to one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
