Comprehensive Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller will fully conform to contract requirements and be ideal for their intended design and construction use. They will meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances, and undergo rigorous testing as per contract stipulations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any product or component fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. All corrections must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the defect cannot be remedied, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods, and the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives to satisfy the contract requirements, all within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller is required to maintain an effective quality assurance system in alignment with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, the products must conform to the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the four pumps extends for 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts free of charge in the event of manufacturing defects. Should any malfunctions arise due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will provide timely support. Each replaced part is warranted for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
