Service Policy
The products offered by the seller must fully comply with the contract requirements both in design and construction, ensuring they are fit for the intended use. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. The goods will be tested as per the contract and its annexes to confirm their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or parts fail to meet the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no extra cost. All corrective actions must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be remedied, the buyer has the right to reject them, and the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable substitutes to fulfill the contract requirements. The replacement must be completed before the initially agreed delivery date.
The seller must maintain a robust quality assurance system consistent with the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition standards. All products provided must comply with HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA 180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from the start of operation, whichever comes first. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified by the supplier free of charge. Should any malfunctions arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will still provide prompt assistance. The warranty for any replaced parts is one year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
