Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller must fully comply with the contract's requirements, ensuring they are fit for the intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The products will be rigorously tested as per the contract and its attachments to validate their ability and conformity to technical specifications and performance data.
If the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller must rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no cost. The seller must complete this work within the time agreed by both parties. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller is obliged to replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract's requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller must implement a robust quality assurance system that aligns with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. All products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation commencement. Within this period, should any manufacturing defects arise, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. If malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The supplier guarantees a one-year warranty for any replaced parts.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
