Our Commitment to Service
The products supplied by the seller must fully adhere to contract specifications and be perfectly suited for their intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. All goods will be rigorously tested as per contract stipulations and attachments to prove their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with contract terms, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the items for the buyer at no extra cost. This must be done within a mutually agreed timeframe. If the issues cannot be corrected, the buyer is entitled to reject the goods, and the seller must replace them with compliant items within the original contractual delivery period.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition requirements. All products must adhere to the HSE management system standard 0SHA180001/HSEo.
Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or a 12-month warranty post-operation, whichever is sooner. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be remedied with free replacement parts. Should any issues arise due to the buyer's usage, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. Replaced parts are guaranteed for one year.
