Our Service Policy
The goods provided must fully comply with contract specifications and be suitable for their intended design and use. All performance values and tolerances must be met or exceeded. Goods must be tested per contract provisions to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods fail to meet contract terms, the seller must address defects and retest free of charge within an agreed timeframe. If unresolved, the buyer may reject the goods, and the seller must provide replacements that meet contract requirements within the initial delivery timeframe.
The seller must uphold an effective quality assurance system aligned with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must also comply with HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty for the 4 pumps extends to 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. Any manufacturing quality issues within this period will result in free part replacements. In cases of buyer-caused malfunctions, the supplier will provide prompt support. Replaced parts carry a one-year warranty.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
