Engineered for stability, it operates with low vibration and minimal noise. Its easy disassembly and assembly enhance convenience. With the pump body fully submerged in liquid, it eliminates shaft seal leakage, requires no bottom valve, and negates the need for liquid injection.

The vertical motor of this advanced pump system is securely fastened to the motor seat with high-strength bolts, transmitting power directly to the pump through an elastic coupling, robust pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame.
The outlet pipe and pipe flange are seamlessly integrated and securely bolted, forming a unified system fixed on the bottom plate. The axial and radial forces of the pump, including the pressure generated during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor, are precisely managed by a high-performance one-way bearing box integrated within the system.
Utilizing thrust ball bearings, single row radial ball bearings, and a sliding guide shaft, the pump ensures secure and efficient operation. The bearings are lubricated with high-quality grease, while the guide bearing is lubricated by the liquid being transported.
For optimal performance, the liquid level must always be higher than the centerline of the impeller during operation, ensuring proper lubrication and operation.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully conform to the contract requirements, ensuring they are impeccably designed and constructed for their intended use. They must meet or surpass all specified performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing as per the contract provisions and its attachments will be conducted to demonstrate their technical compliance and performance capabilities.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no extra cost, completing the work within the mutually agreed time frame. If remediation is not feasible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable goods that fulfill the contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is done within the agreed delivery timeline.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition requirements. Additionally, products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after commissioning. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free part replacements by the supplier. If malfunctions arise due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier commits to providing prompt assistance. The replacement parts will carry a warranty of one year from the date of replacement.
