The HCZ Series outshines its counterparts by encompassing the full performance range of the IH Series Standardized Chemical Pumps. Not only does it meet those benchmarks, but it surpasses them in efficiency, cavitation resistance, and other critical performance metrics.
Designed for seamless integration, the HCZ Series can be effortlessly interchanged with the IH Type Pump, providing flexibility and continuity in your operations.

Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by sophisticated balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers, allowing the shaft seal to be efficiently sealed with soft packing (optionally cooled or non-cooled).
Additionally, various configurations of single and double end mechanical seals (including balanced types) can also be employed to meet diverse sealing needs.
Durable ball bearings and a generously sized shaft diameter ensure seamless operation, with certain pump body specifications featuring double screw shells to balance radial forces perfectly.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, packing box, etc., forms a composite component, enabling maintenance of the pump body without detaching it from the pipeline, provided an extended coupling is used.
Utilizing the shaft, the motor remains in place. The flange design, accommodating PN16 and PN25 (dependent on material variations), is also compatible with ANSI 125 standards.
Capable of withstanding pounds per square inch (PSI) ratings of up to 150 pounds per square inch, ensuring robust and reliable performance.

Service Commitment
The products provided by the seller will fully meet the contractual requirements, ensuring suitability for intended use in both design and construction. They will exceed all performance values and tolerances and will be rigorously tested to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract provisions, the seller will remedy the defect and/or conduct inspections and retests at no extra cost to the buyer, ensuring timely completion as agreed by both parties. If issues cannot be rectified, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. The seller must then replace the rejected items or provide suitable alternatives within the agreed delivery timeline.
The seller will uphold an effective quality assurance system aligned with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. The products will adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months from operation. Should any manufacturing quality issues arise, parts will be replaced free of charge. In the event of pump malfunctions due to buyer-related reasons, prompt assistance will be provided. Each replaced part carries a one-year warranty.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
