Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully meet the contract requirements and be suitable for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all specified performance criteria and tolerances. The goods must undergo rigorous testing as per the contract and its attachments to verify their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any goods or parts fail to meet contract provisions, the seller must remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This work must be completed within the mutually agreed-upon timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or substitute them with compliant ones, ensuring that the replacement is completed within the originally stipulated delivery date.
The seller is required to maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The provided products must meet the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever is sooner. Should any manufacturing quality issues arise during this period, the supplier will provide free replacement parts. Additionally, if pump malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
