Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is ingeniously balanced by the balance holes in the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be efficiently sealed using soft packing, with optional cooling.
In addition, a variety of single and double end mechanical seal structures can be employed, including balanced types for enhanced sealing performance.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth, reliable operation. Select pump body specifications feature double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component that facilitates pump maintenance without pipeline removal, especially with an extended coupling.
