The HCZ series standardized chemical pump is an exceptional horizontal, single-stage, single suction centrifugal pump. It boasts design and performance metrics that are fully compliant with stringent DIN24256/ISO2858 standards.
The HCZ series chemical pumps not only cover the entire performance range of the IH series standardized chemical pumps, but also surpass them in efficiency, cavitation performance, and other critical indicators.
Engineered for compatibility, the HCZ series can be interchangeably used with the IH type pump, offering seamless integration as a standalone unit.

Application Range and Distinguished Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is skillfully balanced by secondary blade balance holes or impellers. The shaft seal can be secured with soft packing, offering options for both cooled and non-cooled configurations.
Additionally, a variety of single and double-end mechanical seal structures can be employed, including balanced configurations for optimal sealing solutions.
The durable ball bearings along with an ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Select pump body specifications feature double screw shells designed to balance radial forces effectively.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, constitutes a composite component that allows maintenance without pipeline removal when using an extended coupling.
With the shaft in use, motor removal is unnecessary. The flange design accommodates PN16 and PN25, depending on material differences, and is also compatible with ANSI125 standards.
Available in pressure ratings of either 125 pounds per square inch or 150 pounds per square inch.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet the contractual requirements and are specifically designed and constructed for their intended use. They will meet or exceed all performance benchmarks and tolerances. Comprehensive testing as per the contract and its attachments will be conducted to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or parts thereof fail to meet the contract specifications, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods free of charge and without any financial burden to the buyer, within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the issue cannot be corrected, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives to meet the contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller will implement a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the stringent requirements of the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. All products will also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
An 18-month warranty is provided from the date of shipment, or 12 months after operation, whichever period is shorter. During this warranty period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free replacement parts. Should any pump malfunctions arise due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
