Application range and product features
The pressure acting on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers, which can be sealed with soft packing (either cooled or uncooled), ensuring reliable operation.
Various structures of single and double end mechanical seals can be utilized, including balanced types, to cater to different application needs.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. The pump body is designed with double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, including the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component, allowing for maintenance of the pump body without needing to remove it from the pipeline (when using an extended coupling).
When using the shaft, the motor remains intact. Flange design is versatile, accommodating PN16 and PN25 materials, as well as ANSI125 standards.

Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller must guarantee full compliance with contractual requirements and be suitable for their intended design and construction use; they must meet or exceed all specified performance metrics and tolerances. The goods must undergo testing as stipulated by the contract and its annexes to demonstrate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to repair the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no extra cost. This must be done within a mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be corrected, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives to meet contract specifications, ensuring that replacement is completed within the original contract delivery timeline.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must also meet the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps spans 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free replacement parts by the supplier. Should any pump issues arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty period for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.
