Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller will fully adhere to the contractual requirements, ensuring suitability for the intended use in both design and construction. They will meet or surpass all specified performance values and tolerances. All goods will undergo thorough testing as outlined in the contract and its annexes to confirm their compliance with the technical specifications and performance criteria.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet contractual provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If unable to remedy or correct the goods, the buyer has the right to reject them. In this case, the seller must either replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet the contract's requirements. The replacement must be completed within the delivery schedule, not exceeding the originally agreed contract delivery date.
The seller will implement a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, in compliance with the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition standards. The products will also meet the HSE management system standard requirements, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipping date or 12 months after operational commencement. During this warranty period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed by the supplier with free part replacements. In case of any pump malfunctions attributable to the buyer, the supplier will still provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
