The pressure on the shaft seal is effectively balanced by the strategically placed balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can utilize soft packing that may be either cooled or uncooled, offering flexibility in operation.

Service Excellence Policy
The products provided by the seller will fully comply with contractual requirements, ensuring suitability for the intended design and construction. They will meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Each product will be rigorously tested as per the contract provisions and attachments to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any product or part thereof fail to meet contractual standards, the seller will rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the product at no additional cost to the buyer. All corrective actions will be completed within the agreed timeframe. If the product remains non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject it. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected product with one that meets contractual requirements. All replacement work will be completed within the original contract delivery schedule.
The seller will implement a robust quality assurance system aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products will also comply with the HSE management system standard, namely 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever comes first. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be remedied by the supplier at no cost. If pump malfunctions arise due to buyer reasons, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. Replaced parts carry a one-year warranty from the date of replacement.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
