Application range and product feature
The pressure on the shaft seal is effectively balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal offers options of soft packing (with or without cooling) for flexible adaptation.
Additionally, a variety of single and double end mechanical seals can be utilized, including balanced types for enhanced sealing performance in diverse conditions.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Some pump body specifications incorporate double screw shells to balance radial forces, enhancing longevity.
The bearing frame, integrating the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component. This allows for pump body maintenance without pipeline removal, especially when using an extended coupling.
With shaft use, the motor remains undisturbed during maintenance. Flange design accommodates PN16 and PN25, with material variations, and is also applicable to ANSI125.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller guarantee full compliance with the contract requirements, ensuring they are perfectly suited for their intended design and construction use. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. Rigorous testing as per contract provisions and attachments will validate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with contract stipulations, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost, completing the task within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller is obligated to replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that fulfill the contract requirements, ensuring completion within the original delivery date.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from shipment date or 12 months post-operation. Should any manufacturing defects arise within this period, we will replace parts free of charge. Additionally, if any malfunctions occur due to the buyer's handling, we provide prompt support. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year, ensuring continuous peace of mind.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
