Designed with precision, the pump's suction port aligns seamlessly with the axis direction, ensuring the outlet remains parallel to the axis for optimal fluid dynamics.
When observed from the suction port, the pump exhibits a smooth, clockwise rotational motion, elegantly transitioning towards the motor section.
The vertical motor, a pinnacle of stability, is securely fastened with bolts to the motor seat and transmits power directly to the pump through the innovative design of an elastic coupling, the durable pump body, an intermediate connection pipe, and a supportive pump frame.
Ingeniously integrated, the outlet pipe and pipe flange are connected with bolts to form a cohesive unit, firmly anchored to the bottom plate. This secure setup allows the entire pump assembly to be mounted seamlessly onto the container via the bottom plate. The HYF type pump ensures efficient fluid discharge.
The non-liquid-contact components such as the motor base and pump frame are crafted from hardy cast iron, while the bottom plate is made from resilient polypropylene, ensuring durability and longevity.
The axial and radial forces, including those from operational water pressure and the weight of the impeller and rotor, are judiciously managed by a sophisticated one-way bearing box, ensuring perfect balance and stability.
To guarantee the pump's safe and efficient operation, thrust ball bearings along with single row radial ball bearings are employed, supported by a sliding guide shaft. These components are lubricated with high-quality butter, ensuring smooth performance and longevity.
The liquid being transported plays a crucial role in lubrication, necessitating that the liquid level remains above the centerline of the impeller for flawless operation.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
