The HYF (FYS) corrosion-resistant submersible pump excels in a multitude of industries, such as chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, minting, textile dyeing, metallurgy, environmental protection, and pesticide production.
This pump is adept at conveying a vast range of chemical mediums, with the exception of certain substances like molten metal lithium, sodium, potassium, and chlorine trifluoride.

The HYF (FYS) submersible pump is expertly engineered, featuring a sophisticated assembly of key components: the pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, elastic coupling, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, and outlet.
Ingeniously crafted with precision, this pump includes essential elements such as pipes, bearing frames, base plates, and motor frames, each playing a crucial role in its optimal performance.
Expertly designed, the suction port of this pump aligns with the axis direction, while the outlet is innovatively structured to run parallel to the axis, ensuring efficient flow and operation.
For smooth and reliable performance, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction when viewed from the suction port towards the motor section, exemplifying precise engineering.
The vertically mounted motor is securely fastened to the motor seat with bolts, transmitting power directly to the pump through an elastic coupling, pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame, ensuring seamless operation.
Ingeniously designed, the outlet pipe, pipe flange, and bolted connection form a cohesive unit fixed on the bottom plate. This entire assembly is installed on the container via the bottom plate, ensuring the HYF type pump's efficient operation.
Crafted for durability, the major components not in contact with liquid, such as the motor base and pump frame, are constructed from robust cast iron. Meanwhile, the bottom plate is made from resilient polypropylene.
The pump's axial and radial forces, including those generated by water pressure during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor, are efficiently managed by the one-way bearing box installed within, ensuring stability.
Equipped with thrust ball bearings, single row radial ball bearings, and sliding guide shaft bearings, this pump guarantees safe and normal operation. The bearings are lubricated with butter for optimal performance, complemented by the guide bearing.
The liquid being transported also lubricates the system, necessitating that the liquid level remains above the centerline of the impeller during operation for efficient functionality.
The HYF corrosion-resistant liquid centrifugal series is meticulously divided into an intermediate guide bearing structure and a non-immersed bearing structure, dictated by the varying lengths of the extension L into the container.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
