Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must strictly adhere to the contractual requirements and be perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. Comprehensive testing must be carried out as per the contract and its appendices to confirm compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer and within the agreed timeframe. If remediation is impossible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods, prompting the seller to replace them with conforming goods. This replacement must be achieved within the initially agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, equivalent to the standards specified in the IS09000 series 2000 edition. All products must comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps spans 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation commencement. If any manufacturing quality issues arise during this period, the supplier will replace the parts at no charge. Should any pump malfunction due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty for any replaced parts is one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
